Ekosystem suwerennych, interoperacyjnych blockchainów połączonych protokołem IBC, zbudowanych przy użyciu Cosmos SDK i zabezpieczonych konsensusem CometBFT.
Cosmos zaproponowany w 2016 r. przez Jae Kwona i Ethana Buchmana. Cosmos SDK oferuje gotowe moduły dla stakingu, zarządzania i IBC. Znane projekty: Osmosis, Kava, Binance Chain.
