What is meta-tags?
Snippets of text that describe a page's content; they don't appear on the page itself, but only in the page's source code.
Meta tags are little content descriptors that help tell search engines what a web page is about. The most important ones are the 'Meta Title' and the 'Meta Description', which appear in the search results and encourage users to click. They are 'Metadata' (data about data).
