Торговий ордер, який має бути виконаний повністю або не виконаний зовсім, що запобігає частковому заповненню.
Ордер «Все або нічого» (All-or-None, AON) — це умовне розпорядження брокеру або біржі, яке вимагає виконання всієї кількості активу в одній транзакції. Якщо повний обсяг не може бути заповнений одночасно, ордер залишається невиконаним. На відміну від ордерів Fill-or-Kill (FOK), AON не обов'язково має бути виконаний негайно і може залишатися активним до виконання або скасування.
